Our History

"RockSharks" originaria de Monterrey, Nuevo León.

Fundada en febrero del 2015 por Beto Hammer, Adrián McFly, Dani Benderson y con el tiempo se sumaron Fernando Iglesias, Roberto González, Natalia Ornelas y Walter Cepeda.

Actualmente la banda se conforma por Beto Hammer en Voz, Adrián McFly en la Guitarra, Fernando Iglesias en el Bass y Walter Cepeda en la Traca.

El primer EP llamado The Rigth Side fue lanzado en enero 15 del 2017. En febrero del mismo año el segundo EP llamado “The Left Side” fue puesto en circulación en todas las plataformas digitales. Ambos EPs crean el álbum HaiFischHerz. (Corazón de Tiburón)

Hoy por hoy estamos trabajando en el EP "Elena" influenciados por la obra de Joseph Campbell "El Héroe de las mil caras" donde cada canción contará un momento importante en la historia de nuestra protagonista “Elena”. Ella atravesará un viaje místico sufriendo la transformación del Héroe; de lo común a lo extraordinario. La entropía pondrá cara a cara a Elena con su destino y su profunda relación con el sol, el cual de un tiempo para acá está perdiendo su luz y la vida como se conocía está cambiando.

"RockSharks" is from Monterrey, Nuevo León.

Founded in February 2015 by Beto Hammer, Adrián McFly, Dani Benderson and over time Fernando Iglesias, Roberto González, Natalia Ornelas and Walter Cepeda joined.

Currently the band is made up of Beto Hammer on vocals, Adrián McFly on guitar, Fernando Iglesias on bass and Walter Cepeda on bass guitar.

The first EP called The Right Side was released on January 15, 2017. In February of the same year the second EP called “The Left Side” was released on all digital platforms. Both EPs create the album HaiFischHerz. (Shark Heart)

Today we are working on the EP "Elena" influenced by Joseph Campbell's work "The Hero of a Thousand Faces" where each song will tell an important moment in the story of our protagonist "Elena". She will go through a mystical journey suffering the transformation of the Hero; from the ordinary to the extraordinary. Entropy will put Elena face to face with her destiny and her deep relationship with the sun, which for some time now is losing its light and life as it was known is changing.
